Oficina Sanitas Ibiza

I went to have my teeth cleaned and I was very satisfied with the care provided. The people at the reception are very friendly and the hygienist Aura is wonderful.

After waiting 10 minutes in line because they were serving a family, they told me they were changing my appointment for another day because I was late. This time there was another new girl at reception, but other times I came, a girl with short hair treated me terribly and with very bad manners. It is a shame to have this reception service, because the Dr who treated me is a good professional... I will definitely change dentists.

The information they provide is telegraphic and incomplete, it seems that they have a hard time writing. They don't pick up the phone, it is much better to do all the procedures through the central office so as not to waste time and patience with the Ibiza office.

Lack of professionalism and incomplete clinical diagnoses. I have been to another Sanitas clinic and there is no comparison.
